In this playshop, we will cultivate inner integrity in a few ways, including a pranic meditation which contributes to your integrity on the energetic level of the chakra system, and impeccable agreements are easy learning skills which help create ease, clarity, honesty, and maximum flow in relationships with others. We will also play with identifying deeply with your inner 'yes' and inner 'no,' the importance of this connection, and creating a life in alignment with your deepest being.

Integrity means being and living in alignment with essence, which is the foundation for joy, flow, connection, and expansion. This workshop will provide an introduction to each Pillar of Integrity, including conceptual information and experiential exercises. The Four Pillars of Integrity, as organized by Gay & Kathlyn Hendricks are: Emotional Literacy; Authentic Speaking & Resonant Listening; 100% Responsibility; and Impeccable Agreements.
Participants are invited to participate in the experiential activities and share their discoveries. Experiential exercises will be offered solo, in small groups, and with the whole group. This approach is based on the idea that our bodies and our minds are always working in harmony with each other, and that we can (learn to) tune into what is arising through our body sensations, feelings, and thoughts to presence what is happening, love ourselves and learn with ease so that we feel in flow with ourselves, with life, and in relationships.
This approach has similarities to the Nonviolent Communication process, The Work of Byron Katie, and the Big Mind Process. No previous experience is required to attend. This will comprise about a half hour of the workshop. We will also learn about and play with processes to take 100% Responsibility, creating our lives as a blame-free zone. Living blame-free is the foundation for easeful learning, manifestation, freedom, and joy. Healing Meditation Practice for Japan
Maha Mrityanjaya Mantra
Friday, March 18th at 7:30pm for approximately one hour.
Location: Big Bend Yoga Center, 88 N. Gore, at Kirkham, Webster Groves, MO (www.bigbendyoga.com)
We will create a healing circle, to chant the Maha Mrityanjaya mantra out loud 108 times, followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation, generating and sending healing energy and love to Japan and all her inhabitants.
The image on this event is that of a fire, because when we chant this mantra we become that healing fire and healing light unto ourselves for the benefit of all. We can direct this light and healing energy wherever we choose, in the case of this practice - to Japan.
Please arrive at 7:15pm so that we can begin promptly at 7:30pm.
This will be a group led practice.
If you'd like to create a similar practice at your own location or studio at the same time, please do so, and post here on this page to let us know, so that we may share and expand the healing energy we are generating together.
If you are not familiar with this mantra, and would like to attend, please do come. You may simply participate with your heart and intention during the outloud chanting part of the event, and silently pray or meditate in own way during the silent practice.
