Hi, I'm Rhonda Mills, 

an experienced trauma-informed facilitator, teacher, trainer, and embodiment coach:  ​I explore what’s deeply essential, and share what I've learned to facilitate wholeness, discovery, and embodied connection.

​Training & Experience

Transformational Coaching
* Founded and Led Facilitator of Embodied Transformation Training in St. Louis, Missouri, training coaches 2015-2018
* Certified Hendricks Institute Big Leap Coach, 2009-present
* Hendricks Institute Transformational Leader Graduate (2-year program), 2010 and ongoing training and collaboration through 2019
* Facilitated dozens of Learning Playshops since 2010

Yoga & Yoga Teacher Training
* Led Shanti Vision Yoga 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at La Sportheque in Gatineau Quebec 2017-2018
* Co-led Roca Yoga 200 hr Teacher Training at Corps Esprit in Gatineau Quebec 2016-2017
* Assisted Todd Norian Founder of Ashaya Yoga, at Toronto Yoga Conference April, 2016,  New Year's Retreat, December, 2016 and Tantra Conference including Sally Kempton, Douglas Brooks and Bill Mahoney at Kripalu April, 2017
* Co-led Yoga Teacher Trainings (200 hr & 300 hr) at Studio Gaia in Illinois 2014-2016
* Co-led Yoga Teacher Trainings (200 hr & 300 hr) at Agape Yoga in St. Louis, Missouri in 2015
* Yearly presentation to Washington University graduating physical therapy class on "The Scope of Yoga" 2010-2015
* Published book, "The Heart's Gift" in 2012
* Completed Living Tantra yearlong program led by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait in 2011 
* Licensed ParaYoga Teacher Level II 2009-2011
* Led Celebrate Life Yoga Teacher Training Program (200 hr) in St. Louis, Missouri 2010
* Successfully completed the ParaYoga Master Training at the 500 hour level in 2009
* Led advanced Yoga and meditation workshops since 2009
* Assisted ParaYoga Founder Yogarupa Rod Stryker in his Master Training Program 2006-2009
* Created five (5) Yoga-related audio CD's since 2007
* Initiated into the Sri Vidya tradition of the Himalayan Institute by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait in 2003
* Completed first 200 hour YTT Certification in 2002
* Began teaching Yoga in 2001 

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
* Licensed Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication 2009-2010
* Facilitated dozens of NVC workshops in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Connecticut, Michigan, Ohio, and Oklahoma from 2006-2009
* Mediated conflicts in personal and business environments
* Taught NVC at Shining Rivers Waldorf School St. Louis, Missouri to faculty
* Presented three (3) Sunday morning talks at Ethical Society St. Louis, Ethical Society of St. Peters, and Unity of Medina, Ohio 
* Facilitated weekly groups for adults and teens at McCallum Place, a treatment center for people with eating disorders from 2010-2013, again from 2019-2020.  Group led included mindfulness, yoga, guided imagery, art journaling, authentic movement, expressive movement, body image, and values and identity.  

Dance & Movement
* Began dancing and performing at five years of age, including ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, modern dance (Horton, Graham, Luigi, Dunham), African, Latin, and Cuban techniques
* Performed internationally including stage, musical theater, amusement park, video, and television productions beginning in 1980
* Taught movement and technique classes from 1980's through 2000
* Choreography in the 1980's and 1995-2000 in St. Louis, Missouri
* Competed nationally in American Rhythm and American Smooth (Ballroom) in the pro-am division in 1999
* First created my own movement modality in 2002 called Transformation Dance
* Created, choreographed and taught a weekly Cardio Strip-Fit class in 2006
* Became Certified to teach Nia at the Blue Belt Level (2nd level) at around 2005 and taught several classes weekly for two years
* Facilitated weekly Expressive Movement groups for adults and young adults at McCallum Place, a treatment center for people with eating disorders from 2010-2013
* Created Transformation Playground Dance in 2010, and led weekly classes and playshops in St. Louis, MO
* Offered Transformation Playground Dance in Gatineau, Qc and Ottawa, On in 2017 and 2018.
